JobRadar is an AI-powered job platform where recruiters post job openings directly and job seekers are matched to relevant listings based on their profile. We do not employ users or guarantee job placements. Job listings are created and maintained by the recruiters who post them; JobRadar reviews listings for basic compliance but is not responsible for the accuracy of individual listings, and recruiters are responsible for ensuring their postings are accurate and lawful.
You must sign in with a valid Google account (job seekers) or create an account (recruiters) to use JobRadar. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You agree to provide accurate information in your profile or job postings. You may not use JobRadar for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage our service.
JobRadar offers Free, Growth (₹299/month), and Pro (₹599/month) plans. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly. You may cancel your autopay at any time; your paid plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. All payments are final and non-refundable — see our Cancellation Policy for full details.
You retain ownership of all content you upload, including your resume. By uploading your resume, you grant JobRadar a limited license to process and store it solely for the purpose of providing our matching service. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties. Your resume is stored securely on Cloudinary. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
JobRadar uses Claude AI (Anthropic) to parse resumes and generate cover letters. AI-generated content may not always be accurate. You should review all AI-generated cover letters before sending them to potential employers. We are not responsible for any consequences arising from the use of AI-generated content.
The JobRadar platform, including its design, features, and branding, is owned by JobRadar. Job listing content belongs to the recruiter who posted it. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform without explicit written permission.
JobRadar is provided 'as is' without any warranties. We do not guarantee that job listings are accurate, current, or will result in employment. Our liability to you for any claims arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email. Continued use of JobRadar after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
