By accessing or using JobRadar (jobradar-gamma.vercel.app), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service. JobRadar is operated as an independent platform and is not affiliated with LinkedIn, Naukri, Cutshort, or Wellfound.
JobRadar is an AI-powered job aggregation platform that collects job listings from publicly available sources and ranks them based on your profile. We do not employ users or guarantee job placements. All job listings are sourced from third-party platforms and we are not responsible for the accuracy of individual listings.
You must sign in with a valid Google account to use JobRadar. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You agree to provide accurate information in your profile. You may not use JobRadar for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage our service.
JobRadar offers Free, Growth (₹299/month), and Pro (₹599/month) plans. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if you have not used any paid features. After 7 days, no refunds will be issued for the current billing period.
You retain ownership of all content you upload, including your resume. By uploading your resume, you grant JobRadar a limited license to process and store it solely for the purpose of providing our matching service. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties. Your resume is stored securely on Cloudinary. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
JobRadar uses Claude AI (Anthropic) to parse resumes and generate cover letters. AI-generated content may not always be accurate. You should review all AI-generated cover letters before sending them to potential employers. We are not responsible for any consequences arising from the use of AI-generated content.
The JobRadar platform, including its design, features, and branding, is owned by JobRadar. Job listing content belongs to the respective job platforms from which it is sourced. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform without explicit written permission.
JobRadar is provided 'as is' without any warranties. We do not guarantee that job listings are accurate, current, or will result in employment. Our liability to you for any claims arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email. Continued use of JobRadar after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
